Preparing for Back to School

5. Clean and organize their rooms. This is a great time to toss old clothes, toys or books from the previous school year.
6. Organize a messy craft area or playroom. Be sure to include several storage bins and containers to help keep this space tidy.
7. Wash dishes. Older kids may be able to help with loading and unloading the dishwasher.
